Refund policy
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each of our pieces. As a company policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement, however the product should not be used and have the tags intact. For any return order we issue store credit which is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue and can be used against any merchandise on our website
For all return/exchange queries you can write to us at baaromasi.handsstudio@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please assist them.
In case of an exchange, we will send the replacement upon receiving the return shipment. If the replacement item price is more than the original item ordered, we will send you a payment link for the balance amount. Alternatively, if the replacement item price is less than the original item ordered, we will issue a credit note for the balance amount.
The shipping cost of return / exchange if any must be borne by the customer.
Cancellation
At Baaromasi, we accept cancellations of order within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.
